Common questions

How do I accept crypto payments without an account?

Enter the amount you want to receive and your USDC wallet address on the Polygon network. The application generates a payment link that you send to your customer. No registration, email verification or identity check is required to create the link.

How does my customer pay?

Your customer opens the link, selects the country where their card or bank account was issued, and is redirected to a licensed payment processor. They can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA or local bank transfer, in their own currency. 19 payment methods are available depending on the country.

What are the fees?

Three costs apply: the licensed processor charges approximately 5 to 7 percent depending on country and payment method, the payment infrastructure charges 1 percent, and this platform charges 3 percent. You can choose whether these fees are added to the amount charged to your customer or deducted from your settlement.

When do I receive the funds?

Settlement is automatic and goes directly to the wallet address you provided. Funds are never held by this platform. You receive USDC on the Polygon network as soon as the processor confirms the payment.

Do I need to verify my business or provide documents?

No. Creating a payment link requires only the amount and your wallet address. There is no merchant account, no business verification and no document upload, because the funds never pass through this platform — they go from the licensed processor directly to the wallet you specify. Your payer completes identity verification with the processor when required by regulation, typically above 700 dollars.

Who needs to complete KYC verification?

Only the payer, and only with the licensed processor — never with this platform. As the payee you complete no identity check, upload no documents and open no account, because you never deposit funds here: settlement goes straight from the processor to your wallet. Your payer may be asked to verify their identity by the processor when regulation requires it, typically for purchases above 700 dollars.
